Not legal advice
ActReady provides automated readiness checks and document templates related to the EU AI Act. Results are informational only and do not constitute legal advice. Compliance obligations depend on your specific facts; consult qualified counsel where needed.
Acceptable use
You may only scan websites you are authorised to assess. You must not use the Service to attack, probe private networks, or overload third-party systems. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.
Subscriptions (Pro)
Pro is billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every chat widget or compliance issue will be detected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PilotMain LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
